Do you only serve coffee?

Nope. We’re more versatile than your favourite multitool. Alongside specialty coffee, we serve tea, sparkling water, kombucha, and other non-alcoholic beverages, as well as baked goods.

Where do you operate?

We are primarily based in the Sea to Sky—Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. Have an event further afield? Drop us a line. If it makes sense, we’re up for the drive.

Can we book you for private events?

Absolutely. Weddings, festivals, corporate launches, film sets—you name it, we’ve caffeinated it. Check out our Work With Us page to learn all of the options available.

How does pricing work?

Every event’s unique, so pricing is brewed fresh for you. Take a peek at our offerings and then get in touch—we’ll work out the details over (what else?) coffee.

Do you provide custom branding?

Yes! From branded cups and menus to full Hut takeovers, we love a collab. Perfect for launches, activations, and making your event look as good as it tastes.

What about dietary options?

We’ve got you. Alternative milks, dairy-free syrups, and plant-based bakes are part of what we do. The goal? Everyone feels welcome at The Warming Hut.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier, the better—especially in summer when events stack up fast. That said, we’ll always try to squeeze in a last-minute adventure if we can.

Do you bring your own power and water?

Yes. We’re self-sufficient (like a seasoned mountaineer). All we need is a place to park and guests to serve!
